I have a Miele dishwasher that is almost 20 years old and stopped functioning properly this fall. The logical thing to do would have been to replace it, but this dishwasher does such a fantastic job when it works properly that I was concerned a brand new one might disappoint me. I contacted High End Appliance Care and could not be happier with my decision. The technician, Jorge, arrived on time and was completely professional. He diagnosed the problem, got back to me the next day with a price once he tracked down the part, and scheduled another appointment to complete the repair. The dishwasher is working perfectly now, and two months later I’ve had no further issues. Jorge even called to follow up and make sure all was well. I highly reco

    Excellent service, very courteous, reasonably priced. Had a washing machine part replacement issue my previous appliance company would not service and two handymen had turned down. Called High End after finding their name listed on the Bosch website and was scheduled for repair the next day. Technicians were careful to not damage components and did not rush, which I appreciated. They also gave great maintenance tips for the future and taught me a thing or two I did not know about the washer. I will gladly call them again for my appliance needs
